Unironically though, Hollow Knight has been a huge motivator for much of my life. It was the game that pushed me to look into game development, and seeing that it's coming out now is... kind of emotional.

A lot has happened since then. Lots of ups and downs. Can't wait to play it on launch.

agree, iron is already really good so i like having something decent earlygame so it isnt just looking for leather which is surprisingly uncommon, or jumping from nothing to good enough for the nether instantly

Decided to experiment with a new auto-tiling system...

Closely following the dual-grid tile system, in few tiles, we're able to get many combinations. Many things are already being fully reworked from the ground up, so I thought I should take the chance to now.
