Greens don't get the big donations from companies in oil and gas, gambling, private healthcare etc. sectors that other parties do, so number of members is important to pay for campaigns apart from anything else.

I get that! I joined in 2023, was previously a Labour Party member. I always just felt like a number at Labour but now it feels like I’m part of a family.

Never before have I felt so let down by a Labour government as with this one. I cancelled my membership earlier this year. Zack Polanski gives me hope. In the space of 8 weeks, I've joined the Green Party, and been encouraged to stand as a councillor for my local ward! And I couldn't be happier 😍

Had a great time attending Bromley Disability Pride this afternoon - a lovely afternoon of poems, songs, dances (including one where I joined in!) and an allotment talk.

Also got to meet the Mayor of Bromley (a fellow neurodivergent lawyer) and chat about neurodiversity and disability inclusion.
