Things that cost nothing - but is a HUGE help for any and all indie devs:

Wishlisting - it gives games data to show publishers there is interest.

Leave a Review - ESPECIALLY if you liked the game. Reviews on steam lead to the algo serving you up to others.

Reposting - it's an attention economy.

Maybe @onidino.bsky.social could help, or at least recommend someone

Juna goes berserk and endlessly does “777” damage ;)

Also, four elements: wind, water, fire, and earth. Lighting falls under wind in this game’s fiction

Post content releases have been slowed down due to Final Fantasy Tactics. Thank you for your understanding.

There’s a few shorter indie jrpgs including our first “Shadows of Adam” (12ish hours). Pillars of Dust and For a Vast Future are other 10 or so hour games. Great for a weekend play session. I feel you on being tired of long games. I did persona 5/dragon quest 11 back to back and it killed me

open ended meaning we just have sidequests at that point. you can go to final boss right away

Give "Quartet" a shot! It's a linear 20 hour JRPG with an open ended final chapter ala Final Fantasy VI/Chrono Trigger. We tried to keep pacing tight

You check out Shrine’s Legacy? Co-op action rpg, fun if you have a friend to play with :)

How do I have no idea what poaching is

I would say the common opinion is that CC has a great OST except the battle theme is misplaced and bad. Those people are wrong.

Would have killed to orchestrate some of those tunes too. One of my dreams.

I would have loved that too. A full orchestra out of Nashville or LA would have killed it. Maybe I’ll move back to Nashville so I can be the assistant 4th trumpet on the session LOL
