If I were to make a Sonic game, it would be 2D version of Sonic X-treme, much like a fangame that was a 2D version of Sonic 3D Blast/Flickies' Island. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Honey and Tiara would be the playable characters. The gameplay would be pretty much like the Mega Drive/Genesis games.
