I was SO sure on what was troubling me, and therapy challenged me on my beliefs as well as connected dots that I didn’t know was there because I was blinded by my own arrogance.

As someone who believed they were aware of their issues, therapy humbled me. I was pathologizing my issues with what I perceived was right as well as not getting to the root of what has been troubling me.

Therapy helped me honed into the root and gave me tools to handle my triggers.
