Been/being watched, stalked EVERYWHERE and 'targeted' from within close proximities (mainly at home via neighbours etc, or anywhere, wherever stationary) with something that causes pain for last decade or so (and now all family members also)...

The sleep targeted has bee horrendous lately.....

ESPECIALLY youngest AND elder bros at their work places (and on commutes to/from), youngest AND elder bro's kids at unis and commutes to/from unis

younger bro on way to work JUST now...being targeted/'microwaved' while out n about at work, they're placing the device (whatever it is) in, on his work vehicle somewhere...certain individuals at his work are doing this...

Also throughout day, cos route's preplanned, they knw exactly wherever he is

Possibly also doing something to the water supply coming into this flat.......they do this EVERY TIME we use bathroom (shower/bath etc) and when washing clothes (washing machine)...
