I figure a good book of treasure should include ways to spend all that gold, so a shortish chapter on Sages, and one on Construction, will probably be useful.

You'd think so, but after a charismatic vampire scammer (turned 1898) bilked the Smithsonian out of a swimming pool's worth of blood (plus room, board, and expenses) while "translating" Linear A and gossiping about the Minoans in the '30s, it's hard to get approval from the review board.
