Paratici & Venkatesham, in particular, are no strangers to sharing roles. Paratici worked with Marotta at Sampdoria & Juve... Tandems are not uncommon in Italy. Marotta, now works with Ausilio & Baccin. Milan’s last title was credited in media to Maldini & Massara working together on recruitment.

It sounds very similar to the dynamic which Lange, Paratici and Venkatesham described in their interviews.

Interestingly, there are a few similarities between Giles and Lange and Paratici and Ankersen.

If Panama qualifies instead of Suriname, they would be in Pot 3. In Europe, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland & Austria could still lose 1st spot

Playoff teams, not 100% sure if confirmed that they are in Pot 4, but that's how it was handled for the last EURO draw and would also make the most sense
