Okay, I might rework his character and story again. (he would probably be more like a Limp Bizkit fan than a Nine Inch Nails fan lmao)

I would kinda have a hard time writing a character who's a delinquent but has to work with a government agency funded by the U.S.

If you're drawing him in the night or shadows, make sure to add light and flair to his white pupils on his lenses to look spooky asf!

Make sure to look at the replies for reference!

He's meant to have a Yuji Itadori type hairstyle having a spikey hairstyle and black underdye, but a bit more longer and messy kinda like Megumi Fushiguro.

His fit is more like TASM 1 Peter, and he has eye bags because he barely sleeps and is always awake at night.
