While still insufficient, this target brings opportunity to strengthen EU competitiveness.

Hi Thorfinn, thanks for the question. If you have a closer look at the report, the ESABCC is very clear in saying that the recommended EU 90-95% net target is domestic, and the EU must also provide support to developing countries ON TOP of this ambition level
