I get why people are icky about the Abstract Daddy figure, but in the positive side, I'm quite sure most, if not all, of the people buying it are the core fans that won't be weird about it and respect Angela. The people who are terrible won't give a shit about getting the figure.

The best part about Silent Hill f is that it's a story with no "real" tangible villain. Even the most hateable antagonists are victims of the system in their own way, whether they know it or not.

You know, I was looking at this Pyramid Head picture for the SH2 movie, and couldn't help but feel there was something funny about it. Not the helmet - that's all good. But the knife... was it always serrated? Did it always have the edge on the side opposite the handle?

I'm flabbergasted. Not angry, just completely confused as to why or how this was decided. Homecoming devs/creators win tonight, the Bogeyman has finally been adopted by the mainstream through this knife. Enjoy this win, while I wonder what the hell is going through the creative decisions at RtSH.

Ohhh no. They wouldn't. They WOULDN'T outright steal the HOMECOMING design for the SH2 movie! THEY DID! It came full circle - now SH2 is copying back something that was mandated to be copied in Homecoming! The serrated knife was UNIQUE to HC! It was like, the ONE unique thing they gave him!

Maybe it's using a design made for the movies? Nope! The 2006 knife looks even closer to SH2's than the new one which is supposedly adapting... was it changed for Revelation? Nope! This knife is not from the movies, despite there being an SH2-looking knife design already. Where does it come from?

So I looked at SH2 again, already knowing the answer - it's meant to look like one half of a pair of scissors, so I already knew the edge was wrong, and I knew the edge wasn't serrated. So, okay, the knife doesn't look like the game one. Artistic liberty, right? But wait, there's more.

To be very fair to Gans, trailers in general are terrible at showing the vibe of movies like this, so it's very much possible that the movie is better than the impressions I'm seeing.

That said, I really want to know what the naked woman being carried by a cult-like crowd has to do with SH2
