Choosing rest and ‘do-nothing’ days breaks generational traumas of being overworked and undernourished. Make the time when you can, & do so unapologetically. Use that vacation time, PTO, sick days, etc.

I will never read books reviews before the book again! The fact that people are telling the ending without a spoilers disclosure is the devil’s work! Ugh!
