Apparently while law enforcement was investigating the threats made to the school a midshipman mistook them as the threat, engaged and was shot. He’s in stable condition per deputy commandant at USNA.

The Martinez ruling pertains to checkpoints and does not void judicial warrants. As far a due process is concerned the administration has repeatedly be found to be in violation of these rights in court. The suspension of due process has not been invoked correctly by this administration.

If you truly believed this you would be in the streets with the rest of the patriots. Detaining people without a judicial warrant is illegal. Barring representatives from inspecting ICE facilities is illegal. Denying people due process is illegal.
