On April 8, 2025, the roof of #jetsetnightclub in #SantoDomingo collapsed during a live show, claiming at least 221 lives. Using #satellite data, @EOI lab detected #settlement of –2 mm/yr, which accelerated in mid-2024—an early warning sign of structural failure.
