Whether this girl was a citizen, a legal resident, or undocumented is irrelevant. Whether she was perfectly law abiding or accused of a crime is irrelevant. A grown man kneeling on the neck of a 15 year old girl (one who also wasn’t resisting) is beyond the pale-an act indefensible under any circumstance. Anyone who hasn’t lost their humanity knows this.
