He asked why the other band members didn't just find a diff lead singer but ian did literally everything from the album art to lyrics and production etc. he wasn't merely their singer 😢

that's one thing abt the betrayed though he put his soul into those songs fr. even just compare everyday combat to dstryr/dstryr and the difference in passion is obvious.

I think saying ian didn't sing passionately/sincerely enough is a weird criticism considering he was fucking around so much like sorry not every song is like a fire or the light that shines twice as bright lol he wasn't trying to be super serious
