My response to the twisting of MLK's "judged by the content of their character" quote to justify colorblindness. As someone who has read dozens of King's writings, this misrepresentation irritates me EVERY TIME it happens, including last week during the Congressional hearing in which I testified.

My newest article is NOT about litigation against employers. Instead, it's about suing those who've become social media famous for lying on DEI professionals and boasting about their roles in getting those workers fired. They should be held legally accountable, if possible.
