He's apparently done this multiple times. The most well known incident was while commissioning FFA5, which I've had 2 people confirm did happen, though I don't know the context around. If this is found to be misinformation or lacking context, I'll amend this part.

I sent screenshots to paypal about his model being complete in the dispute and they still sided with him.
This has taken a physical and mental toll on me and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Please let people know that he's unstable to work with and unreliable.

He is a commissioner who's refunded 650 from me on paypal.
I have a rule about DMs, I won't respond to generic "hi" messages.
I urged him to drop the case because this is my livelyhood, but he proceeded to block me.
Don't work with this individual
