All of the above. There’s also little football experience on the board now that D and M have gone (Zoe is on the commercial side). It’s not working with Knapper either. We also need a Chief Exec to lead this club and engage with fans imo

For that to work, you need talented players coming up through the academy and an alchemist head coach who can turn raw talent into gold. Just like in 2018, and we are light years away from that now.

If the plan is to improve players and sell on for cash (think that’s the Attenasio plan) that won’t be happening in the future. There’s a distinct lack of young players coming through. The players we have are likely to be sold at a loss.

It feels so much like the Grant/Roeder era. League one feels like it’s inevitable and we don’t have anyone on the board who seems capable of grasping this.

We are a point above the relegation zone. Absentee owners in USA. A board that just don’t get the fans and have upset the majority of fans with their ill-thought out development plans, a Sporting Director who’s done nothing but screw up. Other than that it’s fine 🙄 #ncfc
