Here he is, Sir Toby Belch!!! Cast members have expressed that when in costume and makeup they will consciously avoid me backstage as (as a good friend put it) ‘running into Toby can go either way.’ I admit that looking in the mirror and having this face stare back at you, stirs up something fierce.

Me in costume pre-makeup. Working so closely with wardrobe and our director to craft an outfit that embodies both the status and eccentricity of Sir Toby was a challenge that we graciously accepted. Our adjudicator commented on Toby’s White Glasses. They’re just my actual glasses lol. Love It!!!

My makeup for my final scene in 12fth Night. Toby’s hammered and has had his ass handed to him and I come on in a wheelchair and almost immediately stand up and yell shit, before sinking back into the chair and get wheeled off screaming. This is by far the happiest I’ve ever been on stage.

Season 1 of ‘Blue Jays being fucking awesome again’ had a pretty heartbreaking ending but it’s been renewed for a second season that starts in April 2026. It’ll be tough not being able to binge it all at once but after how this season ended this story is so fucking ready for a sequel!!! #BlueJays
