I always try to look up the shop owner to find socials to see if they have a stand alone shop, but sometimes it’s hard. :( I try to only use Etsy as like a catalogue to find artists and merch and then go from there.

Now it’s way different and I can’t even find a section to filter stuff. XD the one for “content preferences” only lets me choose if I wanna turn off “sensitive content” (whatever that means), political posts, view my interests/not interests, and filter words or phrases. Nothing to block AI content.

Yeah, for her it was mostly someone coming up talking to her trying to sell her something to distract her while someone else tried to pick her pockets, so just don’t stop to talk to strangers too long and be aware of surroundings. It’s a beautiful city and the food is yum! :D Have fun!

One of my friends went to Bangkok alone, she loved the city but she did have a few instances where someone tried to rob her. She had to keep her stuff close, hiding money under clothes, not carry anything openly that looks expensive, don’t go anywhere out of public areas. You should be fine!
