We had a trampoline wrestling federation in our neighborhood as kids.

It featured Hawk Hogan, The Nacho Man, Tsunami, The Ultimate Maniac, and others.

We watched bloody Mid-South and NWA stuff all the time.

But there were awful things about the 80s that I lived through, too. Like the HIV/AIDS crisis.

I’ve been using Deezer for 24 hours and it’s recommending songs by #synthwave artists I’ve never heard of but really like.

It’s also including songs I know I like but haven’t had a chance to tell this app about yet, which is how I know its algorithm is legit.

About a year and a half ago, I dipped on a friend who really needed support because the thing they needed support with triggered a cascade repressed trauma that, coupled with another triggering would eventually put me in the ER with panic attacks so bad I thought I was dying.
