day 18 is salmon run. this was better in my head, in particular i don’t think i portrayed the timeskip very well (also i still struggle with dark markers on large areas). but we stay silly

day 17 is 'character merging'. in contrast with yesterday where i was focused on practicing technique, i stripped today's back to just pen because like, this is a shitpost. i fused the captains of the two teams The Fancomic I Swear I'll Make centers on

day 15 was mind control and i literally already drew both my agent 3 semi-sanitized and my 4 as parallel canon (also don't ask me about my side order lore it's bad) so instead i made them Talk About mind control .

day 14 was just 'neon' and i was like 'oooh i should draw my almost-always-glowy agent 4 in a part of octo canyon with a lot of neon lights :)' but i kinda hate how it came out. still learning how to effectively use these markers.

day 11 was to draw canon characters from other media in splatoon and... maybe my mind was already primed from just drawing my qud ocs but i've ALREADY drawn parallels between the bey lah storyline and how i interpret the octarian domes. so, gay deer.

day 10 was to draw non-splatoon ocs as splatoons. i picked some of the caves of qud player characters i got really attached to and turned into full ocs. I Shan't Go Into Their Deal as qud ocs. the spyke ripoff is a sand dollar here :)

day 9 was new (i.e. non-canon) hairstyle which applies to like, all of my ocs already (even my agents at this point all have Variations of canon hairstyles) but i wanted to engage with the prompt a little so i drew some characters who've Existed in my brain but never on paper
