Just a guy that shares what he likes. Gamer, IT hobbyist, and kind hearted person.

Made an #AmericanTruckSimulator dedicated server just for the heck of it for me and friends to utilize. It was quite easy to setup as someone who likes messing with IT related things. It’s nice to have that option so that way the session is persistent instead of needing to start a new convoy session
Sounds suspicious 🤔😂
Gone but never forgotten. Clemente was and STILL is one of the best Pirates of all time in my opinion.
Today we joined the Pittsburgh Walk of Fame in the Strip District as they unveiled the inaugural class that includes Roberto Clemente.
Let’s have fun with this. I’m excited! I’ll be watching.

Happy Birthday, Cutch 🎂
As a tech guy and nerd, I love it when platforms use open source protocols to allow developers and hobbyists to build onto and potentially help improve the platform that’s built.
Bluesky runs on open protocols with open source code. Today we’re taking an additional step and making a patent non-aggression pledge to ensure that everyone can build confidently on our work.

Learn more and read the pledge in our blog post: bsky.social/about/blog/1...
Bluesky's Patent Non-Aggression Pledge - Bluesky
Bluesky develops open protocols. We're taking a short and simple patent non-aggression pledge to ensure that everybody feels confident building on them.

Social media and the internet as a whole IS NOT A BAD PLACE! It’s how some people use the internet that make themselves spiral into division and hate. #theinternetdoesnthavetosuck
Sometimes, I forget that I even have an account on this platform. I should really post here more often.
Turn right to go left.
This is my unfiltered opinion on #Kernel level #Anticheat. The principle of least privilege is paramount.
Back to where my #Linux journey started a few years ago with #FedoraWorkstation. However in 2022, it was 34 or something like that. Curious what version 42 has to offer in a VM.
Installed #ArchLinux earlier today in a virtual machine. Decided to use KDE Plasma Desktop with it. I’m gonna continue tinkering with it for fun. Might switch to Linux if the future ever calls for it. We will see. Trying to weigh my options between a rolling release or other releases like LTS.

Sid’s backhand is NASTY. I probably won’t be able to do that again easily unless I practice more in #NHL25
That is unless we do a fantasy mock draft
Little bit of a hobby project for me. Gonna work on the knowledgebase in a few days. Maybe I’ll deploy my #ITHELPDESK for public use one day.
I was like “Hmmm I have a modpack, let’s Lee what immersive paintings can do.” So I did that. It’s honestly a cool thing.
Thanks for your help and the information.
Really the only propriety stuff I’d use or have used is Microsoft office (historically speaking for college) and I know games can be hit or miss outside or even on steam with proton. I can easily find alternatives for everything except some games. If something doesn’t work, I’m willing to adapt.
Been tossing around the idea of dual booting a #Linux Distro. Maybe even eventually replacing windows all together with one. Got any recommendations? I’m comfortable using terminal for a lot of different stuff but also don’t mind using a GUI. The only thing stopping me is software compatibility.
I didn’t adjust any sliders but I did miss 3 objectives in the wargames match but still got the reward.
I’ll be honest. I ran most of the showcase on easy because some of those matches especially with the timed objectives were brutal. Specifically the Tamina ladder match.
