The beautiful “cottages” in the historic district are state owned and some have nice porch furniture for lounging about. This one has a lovely view of the water, and Zoey gets some much needed lawn time. We get to have a snack and enjoy pretending we have a big house for a bit.
Zoey, a small black dog, laying between two porch supports of a historic house. The lawn is green, there are evergreens, live oaks with Spanish moss, and palm trees. Same porch filled with fake wicker furniture with big comfy cushions. Looking west over the Jekyll River where the sun will be setting soon.
