The #songoftheday is "THE WIND CRIES MARY" by JIMI HENDRIX.

🎵The jacks are in their boxes
And the clowns have all gone to bed
You can hear happiness staggering on down the street
Footprints dressed in red
And the wind whispers, "Mary"🎶

Thank you, Gerry! Sleep well, and pleasant dreams.
I am at the airport picking up a friend I have known since childhood.
Lol. Your cold is likely warm to me. Our last warm temps have ended for the year. Today's high will be 61 with rain starting by 5pm.
Thank you! Now you can finally see what I have been up to since the beginning of September.

Here is a nice October rose. I have been neglecting her for years, and have brought her back with water and fertilizer.
Now I have to patrol the garden, and take protection measures as soon as I see the tulips being dug up and eaten by varmints. 5/x
Most of the garden is my rhododendrons and azaleas. Since so many of them were heavily pruned last month, these bulbs will make up for a lower amount of Rhody flowers next spring. 4/x
I tried to mix early, mid, and late spring bulbs into each planting area. 3/x
I have no idea what I spent. If someone wants to do the math, let me know. Not shown is a package of 15 Snow Drops bulbs. They were expensive at $30 I think.

Next spring, I will actively be taking TONS of garden photos with the new camera I bought last spring. 2/x
I FINALLY finished planting spring bulbs into pots, planters, and into about 10 areas of my garden

Here are pix of what I planted. Where there are duplicates, that means I bought more than one package of the bulbs. I will buy one more bag of planting soil tomorrow to better cover the final area.1/x
My crows come every morning, as they have been doing so for 20 years.
Thank you, Gerry. I had a great set of annual physical test results yesterday. So grateful for good health.

Will take a hot bath soon, pick up a prescription, and more planting soil. Then it is back into the garden. The final day of warmish weather is today.

This is a perfect description of what makes him tick.
Thank you, Deborah. That is Puget Sound in the vista.
I just got up. Having the morning coffee, and planning the day in my mind.
