The oligarchs don't want to provide for all. They follow the hierarchical traits of our earliest ancestors. Like dominant apes, taking all the bananas & keeping most of them, while distributing a few to their trusted favourites. We need to follow other homo traits: compassion & community to survive.

Trump gathering collation of dictators-sort of an authoritarian League of Nations. Nothing against Hamas, ruthless authoritarian regime in own right. But supports Israel, who has the prior claim. Entirely transactional. If got the greater benefit from Hamas, would be backing them against Israel.

To my previous posts ,I should say alleged sexual abuse of a young women, because the case has not actually been proved in court, the case having settled. But his & his ex-wife's association with Epstein which gave rise to the allegations, render him unfit for royal privilege.

Well, triumph for Netanyahu. Designed to get the hostages back & give him a coup to support him in next elections. Trump just wanted credit & his Nobel. May yet fall apart: Hamas requirements pretty far fetched & it is hard to see them surrendering weapons & dissolving. So hold the bubbly.

Trump hasn't ended war in Gaza. He helped create a ceasefire & an exchange of hostages with a roadmap to future cessation of hostilities. But terms of that map are so pro-Israel & so harmful to Hamas that it is likely to fall apart. Let's wait &see before applying the judgement of history.

This is just racial terrorism. It is what happens when you wage a war on people of colour: boundaries get fuzzy: emboldened racist enforcement officers extend the war to all people of colour, & stop looking for legal justifications to harass.

It can't be anything else. Heterosexual coups can get married but gay couples cannot? It is clearly discrimination: the only question is whether there is ever a social justification for discrimination. If there ever is one, we have not found it & this is not it.
