I’m Sam, a 30-year-old French artist (he/him)! 👋🏻

Living on the upper floors with a room leaning to the South (and no AC) doesn’t help when it’s over 40°C outside…
Well, I have to admit I prefer autumn/fall. :’)
However, using my room as a ref’ was a good way to practice, especially on backgrounds.

✔️ “Homme (de) pâte”.

Note that “Doughman” can be translated in two ways:
✔️ “Bonhomme de pâte”: the word “bonhomme” being less formal, more generic… also applies to humanoid characters (for example: “bonhomme de neige” means “snowman” in French).
✔️ “Homme (de) pâte”: the word “homme” being more formal to say “man”. Also usually refers to an adult.

Anyway, I guess it depends on how you consider this character.
