Since I was obsessed with the Manga and ran out of reading material, I decided to try the anime. I really enjoyed seeing the couple animated and how sign language thrived here. I am a bit scared because they clip show at the end.. so S2 may never happen 🥲

This one is a brain chemistry changer for sure. An intriguing plot, unique mix of visuals, freaky ass characters, AND they can sing?? A wild ride for sure and a welcome one. Definitely added to my favorites list.

[Aug 24th] Rewatch || Kpop Demon Hunters Sing Along (2025)

At first I was kinda nervous about going to a sing along, but it rocked so much to just sing my heart out with a theater full of people. Also seeing the film on the big screen was also really nice. When it comes back, I will be going again!

[Aug 19] Rewatch || Shin Godzilla (2016) 4k screening

Happy to have been able to catch this one in theaters. It was really fun to watch it again after a while and still solidifies that it is a fantastic film. I will never get over the evolution of Godzilla in this either.

I knew nothing going into this movie and I don't think I've seen any of the others, but funny enough this might be on a list of favorites. The characters in this movie are so interesting and go well with the world building. Looking forward to the next one!

[Aug 12th and beyond] Manga || A Sign of Affection 1-9

I got the omnibus 1-3 a while back and I loved it so much I bought the other two omnibus and finished them in record speed.. I cannot wait for 10-12!! It is so cool seeing sign language represented in art to tell a love story!

This was a surprise watch on my birthday! I am not usually a huge Superman fan, but I really enjoyed this one actually. Loved Luthor's actor a lot and how they portray Superman! Good film!

[July 15th] Book || Swordheart (2018)

I loved the hell out of this story. Probably my favorite read this year and favorite Kingfisher yet. Halla and Sarkis are such an interesting pair and I can only hope to be as curious as Halla is in life going forward.
