I just finished the first draft of my first novel. Now comes the hard part: I have to put it away for a month and not think about all 400 things I need to fix in it.

Just got my physical copy of Altered Worlds: An Altered Reality Anthology. This includes my first ever published stories! Three of them! I am more than over the moon, I am flying past Mars and still going!

I just read "On the Night Shift" in Asimov's and loved it. The balance of space science and humanity dealing with disaster was well done and fun to read.
