and it's easy to make it ~2000 MHz

and unfortunately, I'm back to the 1900 MHz native Socket 423 CPU... it seems the adapter makes it somewhat unstable :(
I also had to reinstall Windows, so I decided to try and see if XP SP1 would be faster compared to SP3, and it slightly is, probably because there is no DEP 🤔

I'm surprised the leads are long enough to fit into the zif socket 😅

or a bad solder joint that got fixed during the swap 🤔

Your subconscious blocked the painful memories 😆

For example, in my watch later playlist there were 64 videos, now "9 unavailable videos are hidden" and I don't even know what videos they were...

I think this illustrates it better, at least the shared nature of things

Yep, without that sharing fpu stuff

it is definitely installed, I was accessing it recently from a WinXP PC
s0n1c.bsky.social
strange, I have Win10 on my NAS and it is accessible via SMB 1.0 I enabled long long time ago

Is it only W3.1 affected?

Capacitors as they are found in nature 😁

but why bother with the SCSI if XT-IDE exists?
s0n1c.bsky.social
Although, would a sound card even work with it? 🤔 If it was meant to work with a CD-ROM.
s0n1c.bsky.social
but also, why would anyone use it on PC, if you can buy a $10 PCI SATA adapter and $10 used SATA SSD? 😆 well, maybe on something super old and if you have an ISA SCSI, or a sound card with SCSI 🤔
s0n1c.bsky.social
never realized 'a lot of people don't realize it' 😆 it's a SCSI, why wouldn't it work? 🫣

Yes! BlueSCSI works on PC's but a lot of people don't realize it. Watch

Unfortunately, it started acting up again 😒 I may try transplanting the GPU from some shitty 64bit agp FX5200, if I'm in a mood for some pain and suffering with a very little reward 😆

these cards where shipped in a undersized box with one layer of bubble wrap and touching each other... from China, and arrived quite beat up :(

P.S. I call this procedure "Tickling the core" 😆 because when the balls melted, you're very carefully tickling the GPU sides with a small 🪛 or tweezers, and any wrong move and you're done 😅
