Transformers are fun, mine is named Syndrome (Impostor Syndrome), He's a scientist who modeled himself off of Shockwave and was inspired by his research, experimenting on himself and damaging himself in the process.
He is unable to choose what he changes into, typically causing issues for him.

A one eyed magenta colored robot with a yellow stripe on one side of his body, he is armed with a weapon for his right arm and he is standing slightly hunched over with a stressed expression on his face. He is surrounded by two of the forms he can change into, a navigation kiosk on the left and a sentry turret on the right.

In honor of the recent episode of Monkey Wrench, I wanted to draw one of my favorite characters: Jawbone! He's got a killer design, cool voice, and funny interactions with other characters. Plus the little details he lays out regarding some of the show's lore really intrigues me to learn more about him.

If you are calling Visa, there have been increasing reports of harassment from Visa representatives, including calling people rapists

If this happens to you, please take the following actions:

1) Stay calm! Do NOT engage in harassment back

2) Request to speak to a supervisor

3) If they refuse or hung up on you, call back and *immediately* escalate to a supervisor

4) Put in a complaint of the behavior (script below)

5) Afterwards *or* if they refuse to take your complaint, submit a BBB complaint (script below)

Call Center Abuse Complaint:

Hello,

I'm calling to submit an official complaint about abuse I received from a call center representative today. I called at (time) and spoke with (name, if you know it). Their behavior was beyond inappropriate. The representative said (provide details).

Once finished submitting that complaint, tell them you would still like to file the initial complaint you called about.

BBB script:

I'm filing a complaint in regards to their conduct when I called in to inquire about the situation between them and several gaming platforms. Upon mentioning the nature of my call the representative on the phone was exceptionally rude to me. They (insert details here).

This sort of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. This should not be how they treat their customers.

BBB script pt 2 (what you're looking for them to do in response):

I would like a formal apology, my initial complaint to be processed, and the company to re-train their call center staff to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Ryse The Protogen, Designed as a self-replicating soldier by unknown creators, has the ability to use nanomachines to digitally construct identical duplicates of themself, Now works as a freelance courier to deliver packages and parts to dangerous areas. (Clones have a bad habit of getting killed.)
