I think the title "Storyteller" gives us a hint into The Speaker's greater role. Metatron: The Scribe/Speaker/Substitute of God and God's Will. There's a bunch of real world lore for Metatron (in the many forms it takes) and all of them have a dark thread for this character.

Look at him! I definitely cheered and almost cried when Angel asked about talking "feelings and stuff" with Charlie. Aww, he's grown so much. 🥹

Same thing happened last year when I ordered their Razzle/Dazzle plushies. Ordered at the same time but Razzle went off course somewhere and arrived 2 or 3 months after his brother. That was before Trump Tariffs screwed with everything. Just keep on them for accountability.

Personally, I would still try to make it Chaggie in some way, BUT for a Velvette/Vaggie ship that really works.

Vaggie can kill Val (cause everyone wants him dead) and I can just see him being the big ass perv to her all the time so it gives her more incentive.

Ooh, wait, I like that. Velvet sees potential in Vaggie taking over Carmilla's spot because of their beef. They would also figure out she's an angel pretty quick too. Velvette (being the brains) would have to play protector against Val and Vox until they get the power they want.
