35 years ago I was working at Gallaudet University English dept running a computer lab of 10 IBM XT's (floppy drive only) connected to an IBM AT 286 with so many memory cards it wasn't funny. This manual saved my ass many times, and I still have nightmares of configuring DIP switches and days lost.

Genuine IBM DOS 5.25" floppy disks and manual.

I have ~40 photos taken for this series, but this was the first, taken maybe 7 years ago. I tried entering it into a couple of local galleries but it was turned away every time. This area is WAY too conservative for such art.

The question that sparked this series: is it possible to take a photo of a vagina / labia majora that is not sexual in nature? Or not perceived as being sexual? Just a straight on photo without hands and most without much of the rest of the body in frame.

This isn't my favorite of the series but it is the first and it's an absolutely gorgeous photo.

When he opened it he messaged me and apologized - it was rubber cement filaments from when he glued the side panel leather back on. 🤯

It worked out tho - he had a client who was looking for one of them and got me what I expected I'd clear if I sold it on eBay.

It was the principle of it tbh - I work on cameras on the side and have done basic stuff with Rolleis for several years, but this was a late 60's type III 2.8F with a working meter and I didn't want to open it - I wanted to sell it for big bucks, so I sent it out, paid him and I got THIS??

They're pretty easy to acquire in the states if you know where to look and are willing to pay for them (and realize that many of these are old and may have limited life depending on a number of factors).

Cameras are cheap compared to the film cost + developing + scanning.

It works at all speeds, the light meter works, it's clean, a few small dings, it'll need light seals (which I can do but I'd tack another $20 on it bc there's no camera maintenance I hate more than installing new light seals).
