Yeah. I'm so jealous. It's 2 appointments here + proof you've socially transitioned (such as a name change) + no outstanding medical conditions.

This is anecdotal tho, I am still waiting for my first appointment after almost 4 years lmfao.

I find the most effective way for me who struggles with waking up is just to set 3 loud alarms, 5 or 10 minutes after the other, and putting my phone under the bed. So I have to get out of my bed and crawl under to turn it off. Hope that helps if you decide to try it!

Yeah, the current system in the UK (I'm assuming it's similar in America) is stupid. Basically having to "prove" you are trans to the doctor.

Dysphoria has been hitting hard recently. It's annoying that I just can't look at any photo with someone feminine without feeling a lot of pain and jealousy because I don't pass or feel happy with my appearance.
