El brutal Final Fight terminado con un crédito con Haggar.
Puse 4 de los más recientes por fiarme más de la memoria, pero hay algunos más

On that note, I recommend trying other Atari 2600 exploration games. Haunted House is ok too, but specially E.T., once you get to learn how it actually works, is a quite unique (and good!) blend of time trial arcadey exploration.
Yeah, that's part of why it is so good, but even apart from that it does a lot of things that can rarely be found later on. Give it a try, I think I cleared the 3 modes (tutorialish, normal and random) in less than an hour.
I guess you are already familiar with it, but may be worth checking out Atari's Adventure. Probably my fav "exploration" game and gets a lot of what I enjoy about it but can hardly find. Lots of logic defying and even playing with game abstractions to have a feel of constant genuine discovery.
Silksong being a mass hit doesn't justify the nonsense, as something like Peak being a mass hit just a few months earlier and being quite "harder" and more punishing by nature didn't start any debate as it wasn't noticed by "serious gamers" pattern recognition.
Was talking about this with some friends yesterday. To me, some pattern recognition activated in the "serious gamers" circle to bring back the debate of each year with the same old boring tired arguments.
Ahora sí, Radiant Silvergun terminado con un crédito. Provocándome rechazo su filosofía de base para este tipo de juegos, me ha conseguido encantar.
Or selecting the between the random options, as long as it has not progression from run to run it counts.
To me those kind of roguelikes are still in the arcade vein, after all obtaining the currency to get the upgrades is part of a whole run.
