Latest tracking update on, among other things, how many times judges (of both parties) have called out DOJ lawyers for what most folks would call lying. Some rules of professional legal ethics are unclear or complex. The RPC 3.3 'There's-no-lying-in-law' rule isn't one of them.

My point was primarily that Reed has punched way above its weight in cultural production to Portland’s political culture of resistance.

As significant as KBOO but delighting in a kind of obscurity.
