If you’re able to donate to food banks, don’t forget to ask your local shelter if they have a pet food bank. Shelters are always overwhelmed when things are good, but when money gets tight pets are one of the first things people get rid of. I know it’s a relief for people to have help for their pets

Yeah, I understand the environment. But journalists just then repeat it without saying that it is, of course, nonsense. I am not talking about Aaron, who does a good job pointing things out. But a lot of journalists are simply scribes these days. It drives me crazy. 🙄

In the meantime:
• Figure out a small way to help someone
• Figure out a small way to fight back
• Figure out a small place to find joy
• Figure out a small way to grow and thrive

And do it often.

I listened to the whole interview and what is infuriating is that he falls back on 'well, people in NJ have other interests and I vote for them.' Right. But the thing is if Senators etc are ONLY voting for their constituents, WHO is voting for THE COUNTRY? For DEMOCRACY? It has to be both. 🤦‍♀️

Oof. I learned that the hard way with Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time series. To this day, I look to see if it is a complete series before I read it. Unless each book is ok on its own, like murder mysteries.
