Loaded 96 SCU of diamonds onto the Raft. Heavy lift, but the Argo’s cranes make it easy, until a pallet slipped. Almost crushed my foot. That’d be an awkward insurance claim. Setting course for Pickers Field. Hope no one gets greedy on the way.

Salvage Log: 02-19

Pulled a shift in the Pyro system today. Found a half-scrapped Freelancer derelict; figured I'd make a quick buck. Got inside—place smelled like burnt wires and bad decisions. Hull was riddled with holes, probably pirates or a really angry insurance adjuster.

Incredibly good graphic novel based on one of the best books ever written. Dark and at times tough, but beautiful in its gloomy tone. Read it if you get the chance.
