There always seemed to be a lot more going on in the 60s annuals. Was it this annual that has the wonderful cutaway drawings of the main craft (pre-Graham Bleathman?) The 90s annuals just recycled stuff printed in the comics which I remember being disappointed with.

I bought this book in 1993, from Thunderbooks in Blackpool. It was one of my inspirations to pursue a career in TV, and in 2000 I went on to study Television Production at Uni.

Still have it on the shelf, although the pages are falling out. Derek Meddings SFX genius!

I struggled to settle in with the new setting and cast at first, but now I love it. I’m hoping for a third series, more episodes… but, please can you hold back the Christmas episode until at least December?
