A lot of YNWA lads booing a club legend tonight
Also, money is important because the clubs won't be the ones paying for it, as with everything it'll be passed on to the customer.
Jonathon's point about GLT working because the goal frame is a set size seems to be important, how high does Philippe want this hypothetical camera to point? What if the ball is kicked 100ft into the air beyond the scope of this fantasy camera? What if someone is in the way of the fantasy camera?
Summer signings don't look so clever now. Barry looks terrible, Dibling isn't getting a kick, Alcaraz getting pity minutes, Aznou nowhere near it. All while not addressing the lack of pace at the back and a reliable striker
Thierno 🤦‍♂️
Is their media as corrupt as ours?
Is it fair that young people accrue student debts their parents didn't? Is it fair that renting is now more expensive than a mortgage? Is it the two-child benefit cap fair?

Did the people able to afford £2m+ houses possibly manage to do so because of the inherent unfairness in the system?
@mrjamesob.bsky.social interesting conversation re the mansion tax. It's probably not feasible but it's interesting how the fairness of a policy is only an obstacle when it applies to the wealthy.
Do Liverpool need to sign more players?
I meant he was sold for £60m, so out of the £160m BBC are saying we've spent on strikers, Lukaku and Richarlison sales cover £150m of it.
Sold Lukaku for £90m prior to that lavish spend of £16m a year
My word, the league needs a good hard look in the mirror for letting themselves win it last season.
Payment plan? You realise when you buy something on a "payment plan" that you've got to pay in full whether you like it or not?

Firmino wasn't a record breaking transfer and he was bought before Mane and Salah, so again, not really sure what you're talking about.
I didn't mean the team so much as the signings, the rhetoric around Wirtz is so very different to what it was around saying Caicedo who got basically bullied by the Sky Chuckle Brothers based off of rejecting Liverpool and then having a bad debut. With Wirtz it's just "he'll come good" and move on.
Andrea Jenkyns not being able to read her own notes about adults not being able to read is superb.
Nunez and Diaz both cost princely sums themselves before they were sold.

I don't disagree about the time, it's just not afforded to other teams by the media.
Wonder when LFC will get properly criticised? £400k a week contracts to 30-odd year olds that subsequently struggle. Breaking transfer records twice to get worse. Manager looks clueless now it's his team and is spitting the dummy out. Any other club would be ridiculed.
😂😂😂 at least you've taken it well.
Net spend totally ignores how much they spent on the players they sold though. Spending around £70m on Nunez and selling him for £40m, for example, surely doesn't mean they can suddenly take £40m off the record fee they spent on Isak? Geniuses in the market though, apparently.
Okay mate. You've missed the basic understanding of the English language but congrats on the failed attempt at patronising me.

You broke the transfer record twice and have got worse.
Account for that.
£200m? And the rest! Never get a transfer wrong though apparently
No, that would upset the narrative that they've never had a bad transfer.

Other clubs would get criticised for handing £400k a week deals to players in their 30s that subsequently stink the place out too, but it's alright if you're Liverpool 🤷
See Carragher is still using language like "it's not quite happening for Liverpool" when he'd go in hard on other clubs if they'd spent £500m to get worse
