Is it fair that young people accrue student debts their parents didn't? Is it fair that renting is now more expensive than a mortgage? Is it the two-child benefit cap fair?

Did the people able to afford £2m+ houses possibly manage to do so because of the inherent unfairness in the system?

@mrjamesob.bsky.social interesting conversation re the mansion tax. It's probably not feasible but it's interesting how the fairness of a policy is only an obstacle when it applies to the wealthy.

I didn't mean the team so much as the signings, the rhetoric around Wirtz is so very different to what it was around saying Caicedo who got basically bullied by the Sky Chuckle Brothers based off of rejecting Liverpool and then having a bad debut.With Wirtz it's just "he'll come good" and move on.

Wonder when LFC will get properly criticised? £400k a week contracts to 30-odd year olds that subsequently struggle. Breaking transfer records twice to get worse. Manager looks clueless now it's his team and is spitting the dummy out. Any other club would be ridiculed.
