Holder: The Supreme Court is a broken institution. And it’s something that has to be part of the national conversation in ’26 and in ’28.

If there is a Democratic trifecta in 2028—and I think the possibility of that is pretty good—Supreme Court reform has to be on the table.

#NewsUSA This is what the Trump Republicans who we elected to make the decisions that are in the best interest of all Americans have come up with. Shut down the government to win a fight over healthcare, while people are out of work, and kids, families, the elderly, and the disabled go hungry.
