AND!! BONUS!!! because you’re already let the gyoza cook long enough to get browned on the bottom the veggies will too if you let them cook without touching them so they’re not as boring as regular old microwaved veggies. I felt like a genius when I figured that out

it might not be enough for a full meal for an average person but I eat like a tiny shrimpy baby and love steamed veggies like the boring white bitch I am. so this is perfect

this is my go to. I literally did this yesterday.
- put frozen gyoza and precut veggies in the same pan with oil and water
- put the lid on and let em steam
- when the water boils off enough that you can hear the oil sizzling, take the lid off and let it go for another minute or so
- eat that shit
