My provider tells me all generics are the same. Which makes me want to tear my hair out, & not trust her. But changing pcp's isn't easy. The clinic pharmacy only carries real Vyvanse but my insurance only pays for a generic. Most pharmacies were out. The 1 I could get felt like razors in my throat.

Howdy all! ABQ needs more rain. I went to SF Mon to help read out names of Gaza dead. 5 days & nights, but we didn't finish. Which seems fitting. It was very sacred & powerful, organized by Jews, hosted by a Catholic church.

Need to get some work done, but there's a cat on my lap. RIP my plans!

Trump’s decision to keep national parks open during the shutdown may seem like an attempt to accommodate U.S. travelers. But it just makes parks dangerous for remaining staff, visitors, & ecosystems, & is a pretext to further crush a debilitated workforce.

Buenas Dias MJ et al! I was up too early for work, but work! I'm sad that the hummingbirds seem to have moved south. Aspens in the Sandias are finally turning, balloons are in the sky, & I'm grateful for cooler nights but want more, still doesn't feel like Fall.
