NSPM-7 gives the executive power to override First Amend freedom of belief, speech, association; 4th Amendment right against unreasonable searches/seizures;5th Amend due process rights;14th Amend equal protection to actions taken by federal/state agencies against tax-exempt nonprofits.
Sort of paraphrasing cryin' Kavenag - there has to be an end to voting rights provisions that help anyone other than white (male) voters.
Congress can revise or revoke those benefits, and doing so does not necessarily violate due process, as long as there's a rational legislative purpose.
Social Security is an earned benefit. It is a financial contract entered into between any taxpayer and the US government. Individuals paid into the fund through payroll taxes and would have to qualify for benefits.
Nowhere in the 1935 nor 10 amendments does it say it is an entitlement.
