We gotta bring back newsgroups. I am fifty posts deep in a 30 year old flame war over a set of flagship speakers i found used, and it’s positively operatic as I watch this community set itself on fire via ancient records.
So we might at some point revisit our position, and obviously a change of the BDS position would change things as well. But nothing that made opposition to Israel important over the last two years is less important now that Israel says it has found a convenient moment to stop massacring people.
Without opening the can of worms around what I thought of the BDS position on Disney, I'd sound a note of caution here.
BDS and more importantly, Israel's position as a moral pariah, doesn't change because of a ceasefire. Do not think that anything around Israel goes "back to normal" after this.
Intrigued by this Pixel ad that portrays the iPhone as a delicious-looking soft serve vanilla ice cream cone and then we see a woman talking to Gemini holding the Pixel 10 and this is supposed to be a self-evident improvement over the ice cream.

Weird I distinctly remember my shop teacher scaring the shit out of us about how the blade could turn into a whip on old machines. But maybe he was just scaring us to be more careful on the new equipment
