The ocean has a beautiful way of soothing the soul. The sound of crashing waves can bring perspective to a troubled mind. Bring life to a weathered body. I have seen much pain and turmoil in my time. High levels of trauma and grief. Experiencing and actively participating in a beach lifestyle has been a foundation of my recovery from a severe cognitive and physical disability.
