Hmm.
Elaborate, anachronistic, castle? Somewhere that castles don't belong and I don't actually want to live. The middle of Canada somewhere?

That's probably not sufficiently weird in itself, but I'm sure we've all seen enough insane real-estate listings to imagine how weird it could be.

lets say a wizard has cursed you with a lot of money. you are going to become permanently brain damaged simply by being in possession of so much money. the only way out of it is to spend a lot of money on something ridiculous and not at all useful

To be fair, it's certainly a difficult shirt to do pattern matching on, and that's why you often get a more classy look from smaller more regular prints.

I read Downbelow Station for the first time this year. It's still pretty great. For me, having read a lot of SF for many years.

But there's so much PAPER. They're in SPACE and everything is on PAPER.
