TERM AND AGE LIMITS! Mitch McConnell asked to take a stand and falls
Reposted by RightAboutThat
As long as I live, I will never forgive Mitch McConnell for both causing irreparable damage to the Supreme Court, and not voting to convict Donald Trump.
Diane Feinstein. Joe Biden. Trump. When are we going to take away their keys?
Why is there no walker or cane? This is elder abuse.

Putting aside what I want to say about Mitch McConnell falling over, please remember for older people who you care about, the first priority should NOT be getting them back on their feet. Injury assessment including for orientation to their surroundings FIRST before moving them.

This is shameful and un-American. The people have a right to ask what their military is doing, and we shouldn’t have to buy just the official line.
A screenshot of an X.com post by @phildstewart
, Phil Stewart, stating, "As of today, America no longer has a resident press corps at the Pentagon. Here is the statement from the Pentagon Press Association. Please read and share," with a profile picture of a man wearing sunglasses outdoors.
A statement from the Pentagon Press Association (PPA) dated October 15, 2025, featuring the PPA logo with a pentagon and red background. The statement reads: "Today, the Defense Department confiscated the badges of the Pentagon reporters from virtually every major media organization in America. It did this because reporters would not sign onto a new media policy over its implicit threat of criminalizing national security reporting and exposing those who sign it to potential prosecution. The Pentagon Press Association's members are still committed to reporting on the U.S. military. But make no mistake, today, Oct. 15, 2025 is a dark day for press freedom that raises concerns about a weakening U.S. commitment to transparency in governance, to public accountability at the Pentagon and to free speech for all."
This is the best news I’ve read today.
Standing seems to be a lost requirement.

It’s always projection. Every prosecution is an admission.
Tweet from Angry Staffer: “Great. I’m looking forward to Ken Paxton’s indictment.”
Below is a news headline: “Report: Texas AG Ken Paxton claimed three homes as primary residence.”
A second tweet from FBI Director Kash Patel says, “There simply cannot be, and will not be, different rules for different people.”
Because the water around us has been getting warmer since 2016.

Bouncing paychecks for uniformed military, even temporarily, is one of the danger zones that national governments shouldn't even play with. The shutdown is not - hasn't ever been - good, but unpaid troops are sort of thing that underlay the problems which we had a little convention in 1787 about.

Sometimes we need a moment, but if you tune out completely, they win. Fascism doesn’t need your support, just your silence.

That's a damn good question.. #politics #media #fascism
You think that message has gotten out beyond the blueisphere? Hardly.
someone send him an AI video that he won the Nobel Peace prize so he can declare victory and GTFO.
Well Biden sure as heck could have released them. On that, GOP is correct.
Why the foot dragging by Democrats to get the job done?
Any judge can do it, I don't understand why they are still playing little Johnsons game

Honestly asking- is there an alternative option for swearing in that is available? Republicans haven’t been playing by any reasonable norms or standards lately, I would love to see the Democratic party start to dig deep and play hardball.

Adelita Grijalva won her election fair and square.

Now House Speaker Mike Johnson is refusing to swear her in because she would be the final signature to release the Epstein files.

Mr. Speaker, respect democracy. Obey the law. Swear Representative Grijalva in immediately.
I hope the media asks about this.
