Only slightly larger is the pool of people who do actually know her fairly well, but she's successfully gaslit into not being 100% confident that their understanding is accurate. A majority of those who know her either only know a version of her, or have a completely incorrect idea of who she is.

Rune is manipulative af, and makes a concerted effort to ensure that her true nature is as obscure as possible. There are maybe 2-3 people in the world who are both confident that they have an accurate read on her personality, and are correct in that confidence. 2/

Reyes seems to have made some slight miscalculations. He's actually pretty okay with that, however. 😂
Panel 1: Rune grabs Reyes from behind, pinning one of his arms behind his back and shoving his head down onto the coffee table roughly - he's too shocked to react much immediately. Panel 2: Reyes snarls back at Rune from under her hand holding him down. Reyes: WHAT THE F- Panel 3: Rune takes her hand from his head to get his other hand pinned behind his back as well, propping a knee up on the table next to him and rubbing the strap-on she apparently donned while waiting for him against his ass. Rune: Hush... Panel 4: Reyes does, in fact, quiet down, blushing brightly. Reyes: Uh... Panel 5: Rune looks quite pleased with herself, smirking down at Reyes under her. Rune: Now then... Last time, you proved to be *awfully* cute when you're desperate... Panel 6: Rune leans down to Reyes, who has begun to growl softly, though his cheeks are still bright red and he doesn't seem to be struggling, exactly... Rune: What's say we explore that in more detail, hm...? Panel 7: Reyes is still growling, though a suddenly very noticeable bulge in the front of his pants suggests he's not hating this turn of events as much as he's pretending to.

They have some Christian overtones to them, but since the church isn't a formal authority anymore, it's a bit vague and dilute, with the main principles lifted being concepts of 'purity', especially that demons are inherently impure, but with the usual repressive effects on human members, too.

Ish - there are some factions that run further under the radar than others. Probably the most secretive is Reveton - a human- only faction that wants to eradicate demons from the world. Given that demons are half the population at this point, I suppose you have to admire their ambition 1/

If you're a video essay type, Shaun on youtube did a really good one on this subject. TL:DW-it not making sense for her to look like she does on the left is the point. Reyes why are you running after random rustling noises in your weird boss's office? Honestly, it's kind of your own fault that she's right behind you... (not really).
Panel 1: Another view of Rune's office - there's a huge window behind her desk, with a high view of the huge city (you still can't see all of it). Next to the desk is a little sitting area and coffee nook, and the whole office is lit by silk lanterns. Reyes (thinking): Nice digs. Pays to be the boss, I guess. Panel 2: Reyes spots his sunglasses sitting on the desk. Reyes (thinking): Aha! Panel 3: As Reyes walks over to retrieve them, something moves under the carpet behind him. Reyes (thinking): Hope she didn't fuck them up... Panel 4: Reyes trips and almost falls, just managing to catch himself - we don't see what threw him off. Panel 5: Reyes checks around himself on the floor. Reyes (thinking): What the fuck tripped me!? Panel 6: A rustling sound draws Reyes' attention to the rug under the coffee table, where he just barely catches sight of something moving beneath it. Panel 7: Reyes kneels down and lifts the rug. Nothing seems to be under it. Panel 8: Reyes sits back up on his haunches, puzzled, and completely oblivious to Rune who is now somehow standing directly behind him, arms crossed and a smug smile on her lips. Reyes (thinking): The hell...?

Yeah, I recognize that people feel rejection when someone blocks or unfollows them, but tbh, you just have to be an adult about it and not take it personally. We can't tell people 'if you don't like it, don't look at it', then get mad when they do exactly that.
